How Do You Check Your Aadhaar Card Validity?

What is The Validity Period of Aadhaar Card?

Once the Aadhaar card is issued, it’s valid across the life of the Aadhaar holder. The Aadhaar card can be used across your lifetime for availing subsidies, for verification purposes and for availing various other benefits. However, the Aadhaar card issued to minors has a validity period. A blue Aadhaar card is issued to children below 5 years of age, which must be mandatorily updated with the change in details like fingerprint scan. (Biometrics)

Some of the Aadhaar cards are rejected and deactivated by the government, due to authenticity issues. It has been found that many people have more than one Aadhaar card in their name. So, the government has deactivated some Aadhaar cards to reduce corruption and misuse. If you want to check the validity of your Aadhaar Card, then here’s a way to check the validity of your Aadhaar card.
