The member can visit the online portal of the EPF i-grievance management system and register his grievance. On clicking the web portal link, the homepage appears and the members have to select ‘register grievance’ option from the menu present at the top of the screen. You will be redirected to a new page where the grievance registration form appears.

The user can send reminders to the EPFO in case the grievance has not been resolved, within the given time frame. For this, the user must click on ‘send reminder’ from the menu bar of the EPF i-grievance management system and enter the registration number and password. The next step is to provide the captcha code and select ‘enter’ to send a reminder for redressal of the EPF grievance.
