Mis-selling of financial products

Mis-selling is misleading investors about the features of a product. Here in order to sell a product, the agents may hide certain critical information and neglect to mention certain charges. They describe the product as if it is tailor made to suit your needs. If the agent sells a financial product which does not meet your financial goals this is also mis-selling.
