Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment. --Post positions to appropriate Internet sources. --Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting. --Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. --Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Experience with recruiting, volume hiring a plus

Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree is required.
to two years of human resources experience required; one year corporate recruiting experience preferred.
Responsible for all the phases of renewal sales process - proactively contacting customers with expiring contracts, generating renewal quotes, ensuring renewals are complete, and maintaining customer contact regularly throughout the year
Maintain high customer retention rates through the development of strong relationships with customers
Effectively communicate with external customers regarding renewal enquiries
Interact with other departments including to meet and deliver customer requirements
Leverage the renewal activity to promote incremental product sales
Follow up with customers that do not respond within designated time frames
