60% mutual fund investors use SIPs to invest: SEBI survey

Around 60% of regular mutual fund investors use SIPs to invest in mutual funds, SEBI survey revealed. According to the survey, due to the ease of investing in mutual funds through SIPs along with the diversification benefits, most investors prefer MFs to equities or bonds. Additionally, the publicity of SIPs and the MF industry over the past ten years has seen an enormous increase.
