AICTE Asks B-Schools To Shut Down 5 Year Integrated MBA Courses

The country’s technical education regulator, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), has directed universities and independent management institutes to shut down five-year integrated or dual-degree MBA programs, from the current academic session. Students currently enrolled in such courses will be allowed to exit the course after the end of three years. There is no exact data on how many institutions offer this course.
