Air India sold its planes to Gulf airlines at lower prices; CAG

In a report presented in Parliament by Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), it was reported that Air India sold five of its Boeing planes to EtihadAirways at a lower cost as compared to indicative market price. The planes that were sold to EtihadAirways at 67.3 million per plane amounting to Rs 336.5 million against taken from M/s AVITAS and ASCENT at 86-92 million USD/place.
