Ashok Leyland announced 5% increase in February sales

Commercial and heavy vehicles maker, Ashok Leyland, reported an increase of 5 percent year-on-year in its total sales for February. Meanwhile, light commercial vehicles (LCVs) sales saw a rise of 5.1 percent at 2,738 units against 2,605 units in the corresponding period last year. The company sold 11,329 units of medium and heavy commercial vehicles (HCVs) against 10,798 units, an increase of 4.9 percent.
