The BJP-led Assam government has decided to appoint ace athlete Hima Das as a DSP, Assam Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said. Himanta Biswa Sarma made the announcement while presenting the state budget for the financial year 2020-21 on Friday. Former Assam CM and senior Congress MLA Tarun Gogoi said it is the first incident of Indian history that the complete budget was "leaked".
