Gold-import in Ahmedabad declined by more than a third for the month of June, while silver import nearly tripled, officials said. Gold-import at the airport for the month of June 2018 was 3.08 tonne, 36% lower than 4.85 tonne in June last-year. Gold import at the airport had declined by 47% in May and 75% in June over the same months in the last-year.
