Injured Del Potro to miss 2019 Australian Open

Argentine tennis player Juan Martin del Potro will not be participating in the upcoming 2019 Australian Open due to a fractured patella. The 30-year-old has sustained the injury during the 2018 Shanghai Masters tournament when he fell on his right knee while taking on Borna Coric of Croatia in the third round of the competition. He is still recovering from the injury.
Australian Open to have final set tiebreakers from next year

The Australian Open is going to have final set tie-breaks from its upcoming 2019 edition. According to the new rules, the final set will be decided after six games all with the longer of the tiebreak formats which means that the first player to get ten points after 6-6 would be declared as the winner.
