
Early Resolution Of Ayodhya Will Benefit Country: Minorities Panel Chief

National Commission for Minorities chairperson Syed Ghayorul Hasan Rizvi said that no hinderance should be created in hearing of Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land title dispute in SC, saying the earliest-resolution of it will benefit both Hindus and Muslims. "No-one should create any-hurdle in hearing of case. The country as-well-as Hindus and Muslims will be benefitted with the earliest resolution of dispute," Rizvi told reporters.

Ayodhya Case Hearing Today In The Supreme Court

A five-judge Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, will hear the Ayodhya temple-mosque case today. It is expected to take a call on the frequency of hearings in the case. The four other judges on the Constitution Bench are Justice SA Bobde, Justice NV Ramana, Justice UU Lalit and Justice DY Chandrachud.

New SC bench will hear Ram Mandir case on January 10

A new bench of the Supreme Court will take a call on the future course of the hearing on the Ayodhya title suit, pending before the court, on January 10. Justices, Ashok Bhushan and Abdul Nazir will most possibly be part of the bench as they were part of the earlier bench hearing the case.
