A recent survey conducted by a hospital revealed that most of the breast cancer patients reach hospital very late, which is due to misconceptions and lack of awareness regarding chemotherapy or mastectomy surgeries leading to delay in their treatment. The doctors shared that the grades and stages of breast cancer in Indian patients are higher as compared to other countries.

Omega-3 fatty acids are commonly found in plant and seafood sources, and a decreased level of these fatty acids contributes to the development of chronic diseases like cancer.
Early dinner may lower cancer risk

A study claims that people who have their dinner before 9 pm or at least two hours before going to sleep may have a lower risk of developing breast and prostate cancer. The International Journal of Cancer, Breast and prostate cancers are also among those most strongly associated with night-shift work, circadian disruption and alteration of biological rhythms.
