Courtroom is so small: Chidambaram is surprised in CBI court

Former Union minister P Chidambaram was in surprise when he was produced before the special CBI court in the Rouse Avenue Complex in New Delhi. Chidambaram, in conversation with CBI officers, expressed surprise that the courtrooms in the new complex were very small. "The courtrooms are so small. I thought new court [complex is here, so] now I will have better courtrooms," Chidambaram added.

Speaking against the bill, which has provisions to designate an individual as a terrorist, Congress-speaker and former-home-minister P Chidambaram said bill may not pass the legal-scrutiny in courts as the definition of terrorists in the bill is ambiguous.
