Slamming the office of Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal over poor garbage disposal system in the National Capital, the Supreme Court said, "You (Lieutenant Governor) say 'I have power, I am a Superman'." The court asserted that the Lieutenant Governor failed to take effective measures to handle the garbage issue despite having control over municipal corporations.
