Delhi: Metro stations turning suicide hotspots in city

On Saturday evening, DMRC put out a social media post: "Take care of yourself. Give time to your mental health." On Thursday, it had posted: "Your mental health is as important as your physical health." A more detailed message on Tuesday had talked about support, healing and love, urging passengers to write a slogan or a short poem dedicating it to somebody in need.

Minister of Jal Shakti Gajendra Singh Shekhawat took a Delhi Metro train to attend Ganpati puja at BJP leader and Haryana Minister Vipul Goel's residence in Faridabad on Tuesday night. The Jodhpur MP also tweeted photos of his journey in the metro train. "Well done Mr Minister. Wish more elected representatives follow suit... Kudos," wrote a Twitter user.
27-Year-Old Man Commits Suicide At Tagore Garden Metro Station In Delhi

A 27-year-old man committed suicide by leaning over the tracks of a metro station in New Delhi and allowing a speeding train to hit his head, the police said. Rahul, a resident of Najafgarh, was seen committing the act in a CCTV footage, that has now gone viral on social media websites, from the Tagore Garden metro station.
