India was 4th biggest military spender last year

India was world's fourth biggest military spender last year behind the US, China, and Saudi, while Pakistan stood at the 20th spot, according to Swedish arms watchdog SIPRI. India, which was the fifth largest military spender in 2017, spent $66.5 billion in 2018. Total world military expenditure rose to $1,822 billion in 2018, representing an increase of 2.6% from 2017.
