A man masturbating outside a hostel in Guwahati was caught on camera by a young woman, who posted the video on her social-media account. “It’s very disgusting when you come across this thing early morning at 5:30 am. I don’t feel safe to open my window becoz of this guy,” the woman wrote on her timeline according to screengrabs doing rounds on local news-websites.
