ISRO releases first photo of moon taken by Chandrayaan 2

Chandrayaan-2, which is on its way to the moon, has sent its first-picture of the earth's natural satellite and we have only one-word for it breathtaking. ISRO shared the first image captured by Chandrayaan-2. The image captured by the LI4 Camera shows Mare Orientale basin and Apollo craters of the moon. Chandrayaan-2 is expected to land on the surface of the moon on September-7.

Israel eases rules on cyber weapons exports despite criticism

Israel is easing export rules on offensive cyber-weapons, despite accusations by human rights and privacy-groups that its technologies are used by some governments to spy on political-foes and crush dissent. A rule change by the defense ministry means companies can now obtain exemptions on marketing license for the sale of some products to specific countries, a source close to the cyber sector told Reuters.

INX Media and other cases P Chidambaram faces

Former-Union-minister and senior-Congress-leader P Chidambaram was formally arrested by the CBI after his anticipatory bail plea in the INX Media case was rejected by the Delhi High Court. The case in which the former-Finance-Minister has been arrested involves alleged kickbacks received by his son Karti Chidambaram in exchange for allowing INX Media, a television company, to receive Rs.305-crore as foreign-funds in 2007.
