IndiGo kicks off flash sale with domestic flight tickets from Rs 1,298

IndiGo airlines just launched a new-flash-sale for its customers and looks like taking a vacation this holiday season won't burn a hole in your pocket. For domestic flyers, the airline is offering all-inclusive flight tickets starting from Rs.1,298 and for its international flyers the tickets start at Rs.3,999. The validity period to book tickets under the offer is till August-30, 2019, the airline announced.

Canadian Indigo Pilot Robbed At Knife-Point In Delhi, 3 Arrested: Police

Three-men have been arrested for allegedly robbing a Canadian-pilot, working with IndiGo Airlines, in New Delhi. The pilot, Mohd Mehdi Ghanzanfani, landed in Delhi from Kolkata on the intervening night of July-12, 13. As his company cab got delayed, he boarded a regular taxi to reach his destination, the police said. On the basis of technical surveillance, three-people from Meerut were identified as suspects.

Update: IndiGo denies report on cancellation of 130 flights

IndiGo has denied the following story, which was reported by news-agency. In a statement, IndiGo said, IndiGo strongly refutes a recent-media-report stating that IndiGo is cancelling 130-flights on Friday. A list of these 130 flights was shared by PTI with IndiGo. IndiGo has verified this data and confirms that it is operating 120 of these 130-flights, as scheduled, with more than 20,000 travelling passengers.
