India's 19-year-old opener Prithvi Shaw injured his left ankle while fielding during the warm-up match at Sydney Cricket Ground. Shaw took the catch off Cricket Australia XI opener Max Bryant at deep mid-wicket boundary before rolling his ankle while attempting to stay in the field of play. He tumbled over the rope with the ball in his hands.

Hardik Pandya Aiming For Comeback In ODI Series Against Australia

All-rounder Hardik Pandya, who has been out of action since September with an 'acute back injury', is currently undergoing rehabilitation in Mumbai. The 26-year-old recently returned on the field and is looking forward to make a comeback in the One-day International (ODI) series against Australia scheduled to take place in January 2019. Pandya said his recovery from the injury has been on track.

Man run over by train in Ghaziabad

A man on scooter was mowed down by a train while crossing a railway track and five others were injured when the two-wheeler hit them after being flung into the air, police said Tuesday. The incident occurred near Kotgaon at around 8 am when an EMU shuttle train from Dankaur was coming towards old Ghaziabad railway station, Superintendent of Police (city) Shlok Kumar said.
