Malvinder wanted Rs 1,000 crore for amicable separation, says Shivinder Mohan Singh

Shivinder Mohan Singh, co-promoter of RHC Holding and former co-promoter of Fortis Healthcare, said he has pulled out of the negotiation process with his elder brother Malvinder Mohan Singh after the latter demanded Rs 1,000 crore for amicable separation. He said he would be happy to exit the group but wanted the group to pay him Rs 1,000 crore.

Fortis Healthcare Co-founder Shivinder Singh dragged his elder brother Malvinder Singh and former group executive Sunil Godhwani to the NCLT court. Shivinder accused the two of oppression and mismanagement of RHC Holding, Religare and Fortis. "I can no longer be party to activities in which transparency and ethics are continuously and consistently negated," Shivinder said.
