2 men suspected to be kidnappers thrashed by a group of 40 in Kerala

Two men were allegedly beaten-up by a group of around 40 people suspecting that the duo tried to abduct a 15-year old boy from their neighborhood near, with police booking them on an attempt to murder charges and arresting three. Police on Tuesday said the incident occurred on Monday and the two victims Rahamatulla and Safarulla, in their mid-20s, had been hospitalized with injuries.

Hyderabad politician Asaduddin Owaisi has blamed right wing groups under Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, the ideological mentor of the BJP, for the hate crimes in the country. The Prime Minister, he said, is speaking against such attacks, but he has not been able to stop it. "Hatred is being created in the minds of the people against Muslims," he said.

For 68-year-old Shaukat Ali, the mob attack victim in Assam, eating pork was more painful than the physical assault. Ali, was attacked by a group of people for selling buffalo meat in his eatery in Biswanath Chariali area of Biswanath district. He was also made to eat pork which left him extremely distraught, reported the Scroll.
