Pakistan batsman Imam-ul-Haq said that he may never be accepted by Pakistani fans for what he is as opposed to him being batting great and former captain Inzamam-ul-Haq's nephew. Imam said that he had made it to the Pakistan team through hard work as opposed to the accusations of nepotism levelled at him. "I don't think it will change unfortunately," Imam told The Cricketer.

Left-arm Pakistan-pacer Mohammad Amir, who quit Test-cricket recently, is planning to obtain a British passport and settle down in the United Kingdom, a source said. Amir has been married to a British-national, Nargis Malik since September, 2016 and is eligible for a spouse visa, which allows him to stay in England for 30-months. Former captain Rameez Raja too was not impressed by Amir's decision.

Pakistan, who have lost the first-two-Tests of a-three-match series against South Africa, are in a-tight-spot.
