Neeraj Chopra sets sights on April return

India's star javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra will make a return to competitive action in the Federation Cup in April after a gap of nearly 19 months following an elbow surgery. Chopra's last major international competition was 2018 Jakarta Asian Games in August where he won gold with a national record of 88.06m.

Javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra, who is named as the flag bearer of the Indian contingent by the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) for the 18th edition of the Asian Games, has said that he is not keeping himself under pressure and is only looking forward to give his absolute best in the prestigious quadrennial event.
