If you are in New-York-City and call someone an 'illegal-alien,' to 'demean, humiliate, or harass a person,' you can be fined-up to Rs.1,77,06,375. This was announced last week by the New-York-City Commission on Human-Rights. Even the Mayor of the Big-Apple, Bill de Blasio tweeted, "If you want to come to the ultimate immigrant city and try to spread hatred, you WILL face the consequences."
