Kerala Chief Minister Condoles Death Of 8 State Tourists At Nepal Resort

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said his government will take all steps to ensure that the mortal remains of eight tourists from the state who died at a resort in Nepal are brought back at the earliest. Union Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan said he has asked the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu to make all arrangements to bring back the bodies.

In a rare wedding ceremony held in a Mosque, a Hindu couple tied the nuptial knot and exchanged vows Kerala's Alappuzha on Sunday. The marriage hosted by the Cheruvally Muslim Jamaat mosque near Alappuzha, was held according to Hindu rituals in front of a lighted traditional lamp, with guests from both the communities. A vegetarian sadya (meal) was also held at the premises.
Kerala Government Denies Governor's Charge On CAA, Says No Rule Violated

The Kerala-government said it has not violated any rules as stated by Governor Arif Muhammed Khan, and no-deliberate attempts have been made to challenge the authority of his office. While stating that the government would clear all apprehensions raised by Mr Khan, Law-minister AK Balan maintained that LDF government's decision to approach the SC against the controversial CAA was in accordance with the Constitution.
