Saudi Arabia is allowing foreign men and women to rent hotel rooms together without proving they are related, after the conservative Muslim kingdom launched a new tourist visa-regime to attract holidaymakers. The moves appear to pave the way for unaccompanied women to travel more easily and for unmarried foreign visitors to stay together in the Gulf state, where sex outside of marriage is banned.
Pay Market Rent for Govt Quarters: Uttarakhand HC to Former CMs

The Uttarakhand High Court ordered the state's former Chief Ministers to pay the market rent for the entire period they continued to occupy government accommodation since demitting office. They have also been asked to pay for other facilities, like electricity, water and petrol, provided to them. The state has to prepare the bills of amenities within four months.
