The mention was made after the Congress President Sonia Gandhi turned out the proposal to have 'preraks' (motivators) for conducting the party's outreach activities across the country. Sachin defended the title saying it was Rajiv Gandhi who had written a paper titled 'Abhi Prerak' in 1987.
