Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sunil Arora on Tuesday said that Electronic Voting Machines are treated like a football, based on results the machines generate. "Sorry to say we have made EVMs a football. If the result is X, then EVM is good and if the result is Y, the EVM is not good. It is as if the EVM is voting," Sunil Arora said.
