Over $600,000 (Rs.4 crore) has been raised for the treatment of a 13-year-old Indian-American hate crime victim who remains in coma after being hit intentionally by a motorist, a former US Army sharpshooter, who thought she was a Muslim. The incident happened last month when Dhriti Narayan and other members of her family were crossing a road in Sunnyvale, California.
