Iran invited Mike Pompeo to be interviewed by a state television anchor who was once detained in America, after the top US diplomat said he was willing to talk to its people. Pompeo said Thursday in an interview with Bloomberg that he would "happily" go to Tehran and willingly appear on Iranian television to explain US reasoning behind its sanctions against the Islamic republic.
US Official Rules Out Further Waivers On Iran Oil Imports

The US will grant no more waivers for Iranian oil after the reimposition of US sanctions, the US special representative for Iran said underlining Washington's push to choke-off Tehran's sources of income. "Iran is now increasingly feeling the economic isolation that our sanctions are imposing...We do want to deny the regime revenues," Brian Hook told a-news-conference in the United Arab Emirates capital Abu Dhabi.
Oil prices edge up on expected OPEC supply cuts

Oil prices were stable on expectations that producer club OPEC will soon cut supply to prevent oversupply amid slowing demand growth and a-surge in output from the United States. U.S. WTI crude futures, were at $57.21 per barrel at 0117 GMT, 1 cent above their lastsettlement. Front-month Brent crude oil futures were at $66.75 a barrel, down 4 cents from their last close.
