"I had my hand on metal baseball bat, just in case," Nate Holley told CNN's Brooke Baldwin, looking straight into the camera. "'Cause I was going to go down fighting if I was going to go down."

2 Students Arrested In Colorado School Shooting Make First Appearance

Two-teenage-students accused of fatally shooting a classmate and wounding eight-others in a suburban Denver school made separate court appearances a day after their arrest on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. Douglas County District Judge Theresa Slade, who presided over both proceedings, ordered two-suspects to remain held without bond pending their next court-hearings, set for Friday, when formal charges are expected to be filed.
