Jaitley's analysis of exit polls 6 messages from voters to politicians

Union-finance-minister Arun Jaitley has said that exit-polls signalled "a huge maturing of Indian-democracy" and listed six takeaways in blog titled Message of Exit-Polls. Jaitley believes that voters are sending several-messages including one that they are no-longer willing to trust a 'coalition-of-rivals'. "Political analysts are confused but voters are clear. They don't elect hung Parliament where ugly and untenable coalitions have a role to play."
10 Lakh People Enroll as Voters For Lok Sabha Elections 2019

With the Lok Sabha elections 2019 around the corner, as many as 10 lakh people have enrolled as voters out of which at least four lakh are first-time voters in the 18-19 age group. A total of 1.10 crore electors have been added to the national electoral rolls as of February 2019. Around 20,000 additional service voters have enrolled in the past week.
Over 12 lakh First-Time Voters In UP For Lok Sabha Polls

According to Uttar Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer L Venkateshwarlu, over 12 lakh new voters have been added to the electoral roll in the state. "The total number of voters in the state is 14.40 crore," he added. "As many as 16.75 lakh voters fall in the age group of 18-19," he further said.
