For MSME, Maharashtra govt gives Ramdev land reserved for BHEL Plant

The BJP-led Maharashtra government has invited Yoga guru Ramdev, the promoter of Patanjali group, to set up a unit on an unused chunk of land in Latur district, originally reserved for a BHEL plant, for which a stamp duty waiver is being offered, according to sources. It is likely that a soybean processing unit might come up on the said plot, an official said.
Remove Video With Accusations Against Ramdev, Social Media Sites Told

The Delhi High Court today issued an interim order directing Facebook, Google, its subsidiary YouTube and Twitter to forthwith remove, block or disable links to a video containing allegations against yoga guru Ramdev. It also asked the social media platforms to give in a sealed cover the subscriber information regarding the individual who uploaded the video.

The Uttarakhand High Court has directed a company run by Yoga guru Ramdev to share a percentage of its profits with local farmers and communities. The high court gave the order while rejecting a petition of Divya Pharmacy against the Uttarakhand Biodiversity Board (UBB) and upholding the provisions of fair and equitable benefit-sharing (FEBS) as provided under the Biological Diversity Act, 2002.
