The Congress is likely to announce its candidates for Rajya Sabha polls, which is due in April, on Thursday. The last date for filing nominations for the 55 vacant seats in April is March 13. The exit of Jyotiraditya Scindia from the party has fuelled speculation over the future of young leaders, who are considered close to party leader Rahul Gandhi.
