The Delhi High Court (HC) on Wednesday observed that Delhi cannot have a repetition of 1984. "This city has already seen enough violence, enough anguish, enough tragedy," the Delhi HC observed. This came after the Delhi HC observed the speeches made by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders including MoS Anurag Thakur and Kapil Mishra were "ex facie within definition of hate speech".
