Meerut hangman Pawan Jallad, who is being considered to carry out the execution of the four convicts in Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case, said, "Hanging the...convicts will certainly bring great relief to me, her parents and everybody else." He added that their hanging will "send out a strong message in the society". The convicts will be executed on January 22.
