HDFC Bank launches Artificial Intelligence driven chatbot EVA

HDFC Bank has rolled out an electronic virtual assistant (EVA), an artificial intelligence-driven chatbot, for customer services. Eva is going to be India's first AI-based banking chatbot. This can answer millions of customer questions across multiple channels immediately. Eva can pick up knowledge from thousands of sources and provide answers in simple language in less than 0.4 seconds.
