Hewlett Packard Enterprise is buying a flash storage company for about $1 billion. The deal represents about a 45% premium to Nimble's closing price on Monday. HPE chief executive Meg Whitman said in a statement, that this acquisition is exactly aligned with the strategy and capital allocation approach we've laid out. We remain focused on high-growth and higher-margin segments of the market.
