Microsoft Corp. said LinkedIn Co-Founder Reid Hoffman will join the company’s board, three months after the world’s largest software maker acquired the corporate social network. Hoffman’s addition takes the board up to 12 members, the company said in a statement. Hoffman, who started LinkedIn with former colleagues in 2002, is a partner at venture capital firm Greylock Partners.
