The blacklisted NRI Sikhs are barred from travelling to India due to their alleged ties with Khalistan movement in the 80s and 90s. The list was prepared at different levels by the security agencies.

2 Coaches Of Andhra Super Fast Express Catches Fire Near Gwalior

Two coaches of the Andhra Pradesh AC Super Fast Express train travelling from New Delhi to Visakhapatnam have caught fire near Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh. Firefighters have reached the spot and are trying to douse the flames, railway officials said.There is no immediate information on casualties. The fire broke out near Birlanagar station in Gwalior.

A video clip of the incident shows the man, identified as Mukesh Vaniya, being tied up by ropes around his waist and beaten mercilessly with a stick by 2 men while he keeps shouting in pain. His wife was allegedly beaten too.

Govt considering steps to keep petrol, diesel prices in check

The government is looking at ways to keep rising petrol and diesel prices in check, oil minister Dharmendra Pradhan said on Monday, with fuel retail rates touching record highs in New Delhi and Mumbai. Petrol and diesel prices at the petrol pump have surged on the back of rallying international markets for crude oil, which last week hit their strongest since late-2014.

Walmart take note, Amazon India valued at $16 billion
