Snapdeal, run by Jasper Infotech Pvt. Ltd, has started discussions to raise fresh funds, largely from existing investor SoftBank. The company which had reached a peak valuation of USD 6.5 Billion during a previous round of funding, is looking to raise funds at a significantly lower valuation this time. Snapdeal and Softbank are discussing a valuation in the range of $3-4 Billion.
