Sundaram MF seeks SEBI nod for close-ended equity fund

Sundaram Mutual Fund has filed an offer document with the SEBI seeking approval to launch Sundaram Value Fund-Series IX and X. Under the close-ended equity scheme, the lock-in period will be of three years to five years. The scheme will allocate at least 80% of its assets in equity and equity-related instruments and the balance 20% will be deployed in debt and money market instruments.
